The support programme for our franchises starts from when we receive your initial enquiry. The decision to become self-employed is a big one and we will give you all the information and support that you will need to help you make the right decisions.

We want to build a strong business relationship and as such it is vital that we choose the right business partners. If we agree to work together then following the signing of the franchise agreement, our team will be on hand to guide you through all the key stages of your business set up through to your launch period. We will be available to lend support and advice at every stage of your new business opportunity!


Our experience and knowledge of the lawn treatment sector will enable you to get your business off to a flying start and whilst it is your business you need to recognise that we are experts at what we do!

The van, machinery and the equipment package are important, as is the exact process of treating your customers’ lawn, but we want to ensure that you are thoroughly trained in all aspects of operating a Supagrass franchise and are equipped to develop the business effectively from day one.

All franchisees must undergo an initial training programme that will be both office and field based and tailored to your individual needs. This will include:
• All aspects of lawn treatment
• Customer service
• Health and safety programme
• Sales and marketing
• “The Supagrass Franchise Manager” bespoke software that will help you to run a profitable and efficient business

The training programme will also cover all you need to know about how to operate the system and will give you an opportunity to develop a working relationship with the management team. We will also support your launch and will be working with you to ensure that your first lawn treatments go to plan!

Your franchise support package includes a comprehensive operations manual that will act as your reference point for day-to-day queries. However, this is just the beginning of our support process and during your first year we will be running further training, both classroom and field based, to keep franchisees updated on systems and marketplace developments.


We have put in place a programme of marketing and brand development activity to support businesses at a local level.

We understand the sales and marketing process and know just what effort and activity is required – we have a conversion rate of more than 8 out of 10 enquiries and have developed a sales and marketing strategy to deliver a solid client base with a high level of repeat business.

In addition to a full branding pack, which includes the Supagrass van and livery, all franchisees will receive a full marketing launch package for their territory that includes a stationery set, leaflets and uniforms.

Supagrass works with a full-service marketing agency who manage all our online and offline activity. This helps to ensure that all our material including adverts, customer leaflets, e-marketing, website and direct mail follows the strong Supagrass brand and maximises the response we receive on all marketing.
